Ascot Parnell is a quiet place to stay, yet a moments stroll from Parnell Village cafes, restaurants, craft-shops and art galleries, and within minutes from the city centre (1 mile/1.5 km) and main tourist attractions, such as the Auckland Museum & Domain, ASB Int. Tennis stadium, the Parnell Rose Gardens, downtown ferries, America's Cup Village and Waitemata Harbour.

Breakfast is a sumptuous affair with such choices as fresh organic fruit, yoghurt, Belgian pancakes, French toast, crepes, or gourmet omelettes and is served in the morning room or alfresco on the balcony with breathtaking harbour views. We cater for special diets i.e. vegetarians, wheat/gluten free, sugar free, dairy free etc... Please advise your specific dietary needs when you book. The railway station and inter-city coaches are nearby and the Link-bus to downtown leaves every 10 minutes on the corner of the street. There is no need to rent a car, however there is plenty of secure free car-parking.
